Yarrow Holistic Center offers various holistic health services (e.g. acupuncture, herbal medicine, functional medicine). The scope, scheduling, pricing, and nature of services will be as described on our Site or in written agreement.

4. Appointments, Cancellations & No‑Shows

  • Appointments should be scheduled via our booking system or by contacting us.

  • To cancel or reschedule, you must provide notice (e.g. 24–48 hours prior, or as specified).

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

  • Yarrow Holistic Center reserves the right to refuse or terminate service.

5. Payment, Fees & Insurance

  • You agree to pay all fees for services rendered, according to the rates in effect at the time of treatment.

  • We may collect payment at time of service, or require a deposit.

  • We are not obligated to accept insurance; if we do, you authorize us to submit claims on your behalf.

  • You are responsible for any amounts not covered by insurance.

6. Use of Site & Access

  • You may use the Site for lawful purposes only.

  • You must not engage in unauthorized access, hacking, data mining, or misuse of any portion of the Site.

  • You agree not to replicate, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Site content (unless licensed).

7. Health Disclaimer & No Medical Advice

  • The content on the Site (articles, blog posts, FAQs) is for informational purposes only and not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • Our clinicians/integrative practitioners may provide guidance, but you should consult your physician or qualified medical professional before beginning any health regimen, supplement, or treatment.

  • You understand that natural and holistic therapies may not be FDA‑approved for all conditions.

  • We make no guarantees of specific outcomes or results.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yarrow Holistic Center and its officers, agents, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or Services.

  • Our total liability for direct damages shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
